Acquiring a ‘H’ Class Firearm (Pistol).
The regulations surrounding the acquisition of ‘H’ Class Firearms is explained in the respective Firearms Act and Legislation for which state or territory you reside within. As a member of SSPC ACT they are prescribed steps that must be followed to acquiring a ‘H’ Class Firearm. Depending on which state or territory you reside in the process is similar but different.
To begin the process of acquiring a ‘H’ Class Firearm discuss with your Discipline Coordinator to begin the process. After you have talked to the Discipline Coordinator follow the ‘Step by Step’ diagram below and in conjunction with the ‘SSPC ACT Endorsement for Handgun Purchase Instruction Guide’.
